Weekend w/ NeeNee' and Grampa

We drove down to Puyallup and spent Saturday with Kristofer's folks. We hadn't been to their house since right after Owen was born. It was a bittersweet visit, as the family dog, Brody passed away last week. So it was our first time being there w/o him, he will be greatly missed. The boys had a great time though, they went out to lunch and met the girls (and Owee) at Fred Meyer for a little shopping.

Both boys got in good cuddle/play time with each grandparent, very special.

Aaden LOVES Waldo, and loves his new Waldo shirt  I found him at Target, "Dude, I'm right here"! :)

Valentines

Uploaded a few photos from the month today and found some cute pictures of the boys opening their valentine cards from the family. (It was a quiet night at home, with heart shaped, red pancakes for dinner and red, heart-shaped Jell-o for dessert). I think Aaden had a lovely day, I sure had fun making the milk pink and baking red velvet cupcakes (to deliver to neighbors) with him.

Silly in the Exersaucer!

Be My Valentine

Valentines Day has never been a big holiday around here. I figured now that Aaden is a little older and loves to do art projects, it was time to do more than just have a card for him. My Mom was always awesome at Valentines Day for us kids, so I wanted to do some of the same traditions. To start, I decorated our mantel with hand-made heart garlands and a Bible verse that reminds us of God's love for us. Today, we made and sent valentines to our family. I snapped a quick picture, because Aaden was so cute and kissed the "lip" stamp.

 The concentration!
Oops, you mean I was supposed to put it on the paper!? :)

This year, I have 3 valentines. Love my boys!!

Happy 3-0 Daddi-O

Kristofer turned 30 last week and we did a lot of celebrating (and NO picture taking), oops! I threw Kristofer a surprise party on Saturday night, he had no idea! Both boys loved having all of the extra attention and party-fun.

Here's hoping 30 is a great one!!

This, that and the other...

I have been terrible at taking pictures since my big camera died. I miss the days of being able to shoot and edit fun images. For now, we are still using my mom's point and shoot...so I got a few pictures of the things we've been up to lately.

 Brother, Waldo searches (including Emma)
 Seed starts w/ daddy
Two peas in a pod! ;)
 Creating masterpieces
 ...and birthday cards
 Being super brothers
 Enjoying the sun
 Exersaucering
Oops, digging in the garden. Sorry dad!
